vcpkg build fail

@warsark , can you provide the exact step you have undertaken, so we can reproduce this?

@warsark , you are right, the reflectcpp package on vcpkg fails to build whenever you add the bson feature. However, it works perfectly fine when you build it from this repository:

I'm pretty sure it's going to work on Windows as well, because we have test runners for that.

In my view, whatever the problem is, it must be in vcpkg. Could you maybe file a bug report with them? I'd be happy to take a look.
