Update primevue dependency

Update the primevue dependency. Creating this as a separate task because it needs significant testing to ensure nothing breaks.

Current known issues to check for specifically:

• Decimal separator and thousands separator in numerical widgets in Polish #469
• Decimal widget- double-clicking to enter a dot #467
