No organizations found after frontend deploys

What version are you running? Etc.

Steps to Reproduce

1. We created a public integration and installed it
2. the redirect URL took us to the ACME sample page to select our organization
3. it showed logwise > EMPTY ORG LIST
   We are also seeing CORS errors on the console for 'organizations/'

Expected Result

We should be able to select an org.

Actual Result

What actually happened. Maybe a screenshot/recording? Maybe some logs?
