Automatically enable source maps upload from vite config wrapper

Create a new wrapper `wrapViteConfigWithSentry`. With this wrapper we can add new plugins to vite. For now allow users to enable source maps with this wrapper without using the `sentryVitePlugin`.

Add support for:

• Cloudflare Workers
• Netlify
• Nitro (this covers vercel, node, bun)
