Discover doesnt support searching custom tag project_id in tag summary

Steps to Reproduce

1. set custom tag on error event with project_id
2. visit discover tag summary
3. click on project_id tag

Expected Result

the click action should add tags[project_id] to search query since its a reserved field

Actual Result

instead the click action just uses project_id
