add a shortcut to open model selection

Usability suggestion: /model currently don't work if invoked while composing a prompt, forcing copy/paste or opening the
editor.
Reproduction: start typing a prompt, run /model → not accepted. Expected: open the model picker / switch
model without clearing the draft.
Possible fixes: add a shortcut (e.g., Ctrl+M) to open the picker
Benefit: smoother workflow, fewer interruptions.
