Add examples of using Enterprise teams as CODEOWNERS

What part(s) of the article would you like to see updated?

Now that Enterprise Teams is generally available on GHEC:

• The CODEOWNERS syntax section of the GHEC docs should mention Enterprise teams with an example, just as it does for @username and @org/team-name organization teams.
• The Example of a CODEOWNERS file should also include new or updated examples that make use of an enterprise team (e.g. @/ent:octocats).

The expected outcome is that GHEC enterprise owners and members will be able to understand how to use Enterprise teams in the context of CODEOWNERS files.

Note: This should probably be done in several other parts of the GHEC docs since I couldn't find any practical instance of the syntax to even mention enterprise teams.

Actually, nevermind! I'd incorrectly assumed that mentions and PR review requests also meand CODEOWNERS support, but I was wrong (as documented 🤏), for now.
