feat(memory): add namespace/key support + BlueRedChannel coordination class
- SQLite backend: namespace, key, tags, TTL, append support - PluginMemoryService: full parity with TypeScript/Rust (list, stats, clear, tag, history, export/import) - BlueRedChannel class for blue-red agent coordination protocol - 30/30 tests passing
