[Bug] stack-auth dashboard does not recognize custom email provider

Hello,

I'm booting stack-auth locally with env vars configured as such:

STACK_EMAIL_HOST: maildev
STACK_EMAIL_PORT: 1025
STACK_EMAIL_SECURE: false
STACK_EMAIL_USERNAME: username
STACK_EMAIL_PASSWORD: password
STACK_EMAIL_SENDER: noreply@lolcalho.st
STACK_EMAILABLE_API_KEY: '' # https://github.com/stack-auth/stack-auth/pull/727

But still the config seems not to be recognized:

Is there a reason why it's not picking up the env vars?

The envvars are most likely being picked up here, and your emails are being sent from your configured value. The issue here is that when isShared = true, the dashboard is still hard coded.

I'll leave this open for now, I am sure someone will get to this one eventually.
