[Bug]: Links in notes using file:// protocol don't work

Describe the bug

A link in a note that uses the file:// protocol doesn't work.

To reproduce

1. Go to a note tha contains a file:// link (file://link/to/my/local/file.html)
2. Click on the link pressing CMD (on OSX)
3. Nothing happens

At the moment, notes support internal massCode links and external web links only. file:// links are not part of the supported link behavior, so I’ll treat this as a feature request rather than a confirmed bug.

Supporting local file links would need a separate decision and safety handling, since it means allowing notes to open files from the user’s filesystem.

Thank you. The ultimate goal is to be able to store multiple file types in notes. In this case, it's a video, but it could be any file that can be linked to text and therefore easily downloaded when needed.
