Problem with library dependencies

I am trying to install the tool on my PC but I keep getting notification about Keras being required (apparently Keras 3 is needed according to umap source code). Even though I have Keras 3 installed, the installation script deletes the newer version and installs an older one, which causes the problem. How should I address it?

We have adapted the requirements and modified a nested package requirement.
We tested on Windows and Mac.
