Add an option to block specific clients

Summary

I'd like to have an option to block specific clients server-wise.

For example, blocking Aria or Dhaaga clients, but not Milktea.

Purpose

zeitgeist.blue web client reads the last 24 hours of a mastodon account’s timeline into an LLM to generate a summary from it.
it does not ask for permission, it does without anybody's consent, and we'd like to forbid it on our server the second it gets updated for misskey.

I think you could serve the same purpose by configuring the reverse proxy properly - your reason is too specific.
