Store tracking method to EmissionData

We display tracking method:

                RAM Tracking Method: RAM power estimation model
                CPU Tracking Method: cpu_load
                GPU Tracking Method: Unspecified

But we did not expose it to the interface.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Store them in EmissionData
• Send them to the API in the Experiment
