It's a giant commit, but the hg commit exited cleanly. So I'm not sure what didn't get committed.

We could add debugging code to look for ERROR please commit changes before continuing in the ./mach try output, and if it sees it, outputs hg diff --stat again. If we can't reproduce it locally, that would be the first thing to do.

Happened again in Bug 1962037 - seems to be a persistent problem with this library, so we should dig in.

But then it worked fine in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1963669 - so maybe this is resolved?

I will downgrade the priority but leave this open for the debugging output improvement.
