Creating a new solution is not resetting the code

Clicking on the '+' icon next to solution creates a new solution. The intended behavior was to reset the code but that is not the case.

It is copying whatever was written on the solution page from where you clicked the '+' icon.

However, after creating this new solution page and closing the solution and clicking confirm on the popup, if you create a new solution now, it is working as expected.
