Since opencode.nvim's input can be integrated with blink.cmp, and blink.cmp enable ghost text by default, the input border will be wired when input, so add some documentation in the README like :

Thanks I will check this out! I wonder if a blink.cmp default changed? I haven't seen its ghost text in opencode_ask and don't think I've disabled it.

Sorry, my mistake. It's enabled inside LazyVim.
