Add the ability to reference display by some static value, like its name (eDP-1, DP-1, HDMI-1, etc)

Currently, to map the display sunshine should stream you need the sunshine-defined ID, which changes whenever the monitor layout changes. I'd like some option to reference a display statically in a way that will always work as long as that display is available, instead of requiring me to find the new ID every time I try to stream. At the very least, it'd be nice if the IDs were displayed below the input.
