Seems to be caused by browsing around the Laika interface with the MediaStream skin. Unclear whether it's a skin problem, or just Laika overreacting.

I've downgraded this error to a warning, but you should still see if it you build a Laika on Windows (or just use the shipped version) and look in the logs.
