Translate fuzzy entries from upstream sync (cpython 07efb081)

Rebases onto upstream cron/sync/3.14's new commit, which refreshed
library/http.cookiejar.po's reST role precision (e.g. bare :attr:/:meth:
names -> fully-qualified ~Class.member roles). Re-translates all 31
fuzzy entries this introduced.
