Removing multi-lingual support from the FE codebase

Done — the frontend is now English-only. The Italian website experience, the locale routing and the Italian UI translations have been removed.

What changed

• Removed the Next.js i18n config — URLs no longer carry an /en or /it prefix
• Stripped the Italian (it) + unused default UI translations from locale/index.ts (English only, ~1.2k lines removed)
• useCurrentLanguage() now always returns English; simplified the locale context (no more cookie/router locale)
• Removed the language switcher and the Italian nav/footer menus (+ their GraphQL fields)
• Dropped the locale prefix from createHref
• Removed the locale-redirect logic from middleware.ts, and added a redirect so old /en/* and /it/* URLs 308 to their unprefixed equivalent (SEO/bookmark friendly)
• Stopped generating per-locale static paths (getStaticPaths) and defaulted server-side locale to "en"
• meta-tags now derives the social-card locale from the current language instead of the (now removed) router locale
• Removed redundant language: "it" ticket prefetches

Scope note / decision

The CFP proposal-language feature is intentionally kept — talks can still be submitted/given in Italian, and proposal pages still offer a "view in Italian/English" toggle. That is conference content, not the website UI language, so it's out of scope for "stop offering the Italian website". The multilingual-input component and the Italian/English icons remain for this reason. Happy to remove those too if you'd prefer a stricter interpretation.

Verification

I couldn't run the build/typecheck/lint locally (this checkout has no node_modules, and pnpm codegen needs the backend GraphQL schema), so please rely on CI. The generated src/types.tsx is produced at build time from the .graphql files I edited, so the header/footer query changes will regenerate cleanly.
