[create-react-scripts] Port init script default to rcreate-react-app's eact-scripts

This could make it compatible to create-react-app.
Could do something like this
let say your script name is react-scripts-web
create-react-app myapp --scripts-version react-scripts-web

Further Enhancement: Need to think an appropriate way to allow user overwrite the default template.
