Reload browser and open the "Slow rendering" screen of bug user.
Sometines no focus rect is shown, but in most situations, focus rect is on "Passwort" field.

Why not the first added field?
One "problem" with this situation: If you have a small browser window height, the scroll panel scrolls to the focused element. Not a problem and very useful but in this use-case unclear why the "Passwort" field gets the focus.
The "Vorname" field can be clicked as well, so why the "Passwort" field :)
Anoter problem: The html field doesn't show the focus rectangle - it's the only field in this screen?
