User prompts are displayed as markdown #35

First of all thanks for the great tool.
This may be a feature not a bug but I frequently past a few lines from a config file or a few lines of code into my user prompt and since markers like # are common in such files they are rendered as H1 headers, which is particlarly weird since they are much more prominent than the config or code lines that are actually active. Perhaps other people prompt in markdown but if that is not common, it would seem best to render the user prompts as plain text.
