import component in mdx do not hot reload

Same issue in contentlayerdev/contentlayer#261

Put import in mdx like import {expandListContent} from "@/content/components/expand-list";

then modify the component , it will not change even we refresh page except we shutdown cmd and pnpm dev again or modify the mdx file content.
