Body rotation

Can u add body rotation?
My model head's yaw always == body's yaw

in bettermodel, there is no such thing as body rotation, so when i move, the body and the head always facing the camera, so can u add body rotation like in model engine?

The same goes for the head's pitch, which is not altered at all.
