The laytime setup of stratra in UW2.17 affects the surface process functions. If the laytime is 20000 yr, we find several erosion and sedimentation gaps in model evolution and then a sudden jump in erosion. However, the laytime of 10000 yr can produce a relatively reasonable surface process.
