Docker build network timeouts with Kali mirror mirror1.sox.rs

Steps to reproduce:

• Clone the repository: git clone https://github.com/vichhka-git/opencode-shannon-plugin
• Navigate to directory: cd opencode-shannon-plugin
• Build Docker image: docker build -t shannon-tools .

Expected behavior: Docker image should build successfully with all Kali Linux security tools installed.

Actual behavior: Build fails with connection timeouts to mirror1.sox.rs, preventing package installation.

Workaround suggestion: Consider adding retry logic or fallback mirrors in the Dockerfile for package downloads or build a ready well made docker image hosted on docker hub.
