Adapting Aspects via Zoom and Pan (ie: Landscape Recording to Vertical Canvas)

So, I want to make desktop recordings into vertical content.
Right now, all you can do to have a desktop recording fill the full 9:16 vertical frame is to statically crop, which can easily lead to actions falling outside of the crop.
You've already got a robust and smooth animation pipeline, what I think would level things up when "transposing" recordings into non native aspects is to have the ability to set a clip level zoom coupled with a "Pan" animation.

So, a clip level zoom would then allow us to fill a vertical canvas with more of a wide aspects content. The other zooming animations don't even need to change, they can still function on their multiples basis. and the Pan will just track the cursor across the full clip and pan it as necessary to keep it in frame since our clip is technically cropped in.

I think a Zoom slider would work, but also a "fit to vertical" and "fit to horizonal" buttons for those that want to jump to those.
