Random crashing of VK_ERROR_DEVICE_LOST

Describe the bug

I am experiencing random crashes of VK_ERROR_DEVICE_LOST, sometimes happens in middle of playing and sometimes when joining a world/server. I have newest NVIDIA drivers, and other Vulkan games (Like Arknights Endfield) works fine, but my Minecraft instance with VulkanMod just keeps crashing.
I've heard that the mod has compatibillity issues with Fabric API, but after removing Fabric API and every other mods (including Beryl), the crash still exists.
Also I've heard that adding an argument -Dorg.lwjgl.system.stackSize=256 fixes the problem, but it didn't.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install VulkanMod (newest version on Modrinth 0.6.7+1.21.11)
2. Use some texture packs. (EDIT: with or without texture packs, it's the same crashing)
3. Join a server.
4. Game crashes immedieately after joining the world, or crashes a few seconds to minutes when playing.

It seems like the crash only happens with VSync off. I will keep posting updates on it's behaviour here.

EDIT: crash still exists with VSync off. It's just luck.

EDIT: Also tried things like changing max framerate, resetting video settings, resetting options.txt. They all did not work.

Can you try with only vulkanmod to see if it crashes?
