Question about the solution of basic-04 assignment 2

the assignmentt asked to use libbpf bpf_map__reuse_fd() API to reuse it, instead of creating a new map.

I did not see in the solution such call.
can you please help me to understand ?

Well, it seems no one got around to actually implementing that bit. Until now, that is - there's an open PR with exactly this change: #463
