• always use bundle exec for Rails operations
• Docker stack cannot run Rails without using the docker entrypoint zammad#5685 - remove DATABASE_URL chart, fixes Postgresql credentials should be percent encoded #251
• switch to Redis 8, away from bitnami

• switch to Elasticsearch 9, away from bitnami
• migrate postgresql
• migrate minio
