Added a function that uses a fourth order centralized difference scheme to calculate the derivative of the scattering signal. This aligns with the procedure outlined by Moteki and Kondo (2007), in Appendix A.1, Eq. (A.1) to calculate the derivative of the scattering signal as a function of time. Edge cases are handled according to the Taylor series expansion of nearby points. This the first PR towards implementing the Normalized Derivative Method (or aspects of the method) into PySP2.
