Changes that allow you to change the button layout

Hi Rob!
I’ve made significant changes to your project, so I’m not sure if it’s appropriate to merge them. But feel free to take a look.

Main changes:

• Added the ability to disable buttons.
• Added four button layout modes: default, vertical, horizontal, and responsive.
• The buttons had to be wrapped in functions, and I’ve optimized the way they’re added.
