Removed all files related to the old webhook-based approach: - new_smee_channel.sh: Legacy smee.io webhook setup script - gitman_tmuxp.yaml & .tmuxp.yaml: Tmux configs for webhook servers - .envrc: Referenced deleted scripts/ directory - .devenv.flake.nix: Contained hardcoded development paths These files are no longer applicable to the new file-based GitHub sync library approach.
