🛠 Changes
Adds support for access to aurora databases using IAM as well as automatically rotated password for a breakglass password.
ℹ️ Context
These changes are made to support teams using database IAM.
🧪 Validation
These changes were applied via git workflow and a test alert indicated access to the database breakglass secret.
The database created successfully, and this module was able to be used with the database IAM turned on but breakglass turned off.
