router-openapi.yaml is the public Comfy Router contract, projected from the same upstream contract the Router pages are generated from and the same projection the Router SDKs vendor (the Python and Swift copies byte-for-byte; the TypeScript SDK reformats its copy with oxfmt). It is GENERATED - edit the upstream contract, not this copy. If this is the first sync that carries it, it renders nothing until this repository gives it an openapi: navigation entry.

development/comfy-router/reference.mdx is GENERATED - edit the upstream contract, not this copy. It is regenerated on every sync and an edit made here is overwritten by the next one.

development/comfy-router/quickstart.mdx, development/comfy-router/limitations.mdx, development/comfy-router/higgsfield-byok.mdx and development/comfy-router/litellm.mdx are hand-written upstream and published verbatim. They are likewise overwritten on every sync, so edit them upstream. If this is the first sync that carries one of them, it also needs a navigation entry in this repository before it renders.

development/comfy-router/pricing.mdx is NOT part of this sync: it is GENERATED in this repository by bun run router-pricing:gen from router-pricing/metronome-rates.json and the model pages, and this sync refuses to change it. To change the page, edit its generator or rate snapshot here.

router-schemas/<provider>/<model>.json are the exact GET /v2/models/{id}/openapi.json documents for every model with an authored schema; the docs generator (.github/scripts/snippets/gen-code-pages.ts) reads them. They are GENERATED and the directory is MIRRORED on every sync, so a document removed upstream is removed here too - edit the upstream contract, not these copies.

development/comfy-router/models/**/code.mdx, the model index development/comfy-router/models.mdx, the serving-provider index development/comfy-router/providers.mdx and the docs.json entries for them are this repository's OWN derived output: the sync runs bun run code-pages:gen -- --prune over the documents above and commits the result, so code-pages is green as opened and no regen commit is needed on this branch. They are GENERATED and PRUNED - a page whose model left the catalog is deleted here too, and providers.mdx exists only while some model publishes an x-comfy-router-alt-providers leg.

This is the single rolling sync pull request for the published Comfy API v2 specification and Comfy Router pages. It lives on chore/sync-comfy-api-v2-spec, and every later upstream change force-updates that branch and refreshes this description with the new source commit — so there is only ever one open sync pull request here, and its diff is always the current one. Please do not push commits to this branch; the next sync would overwrite them (it checks first and fails rather than doing so silently).

The projection strips internal operations and non-public source annotations, and fails before this pull request can be created if a known internal marker survives. When this repository's DOCS_SYNC_AUTOMERGE variable is true, .github/workflows/sync-pr-automerge.yml squash-merges it once every check has finished green; otherwise it waits for human review.

CI blocker: Pika H3 Flex routes have no published Router rates

code-pages (router-pricing:check) and snippet-script-tests ("Router pricing coverage guard > publishes every Pika route") fail for the same reason. This sync adds pika/pika-h3-flex-text-to-video, pika/pika-h3-flex-image-to-video and pika/pika-h3-flex-reference-to-video to the Router catalog, and router-pricing/metronome-rates.json has no rates for any of them. Pika routes can't be waived, so the guard requires published rates.

I haven't added rates. The upstream source, metronome/pika/README.md at cloud@bd0c760f, lists the intended 1.43x per-resolution prices (lines 71-73). It also says "The three H3 Flex rows are not yet applied to either card", and the starting_at instant may change. This file mirrors rates that are applied on the card, so publishing these prices now would show a rate the card doesn't yet bill.

What unblocks this: the Router owner applies the H3 Flex rows to the prod card (or confirms the README prices and instant are final). Then the rates can be added as a supplemental source pinned to that README, as the Pika audio rates were in #2233.

CI update for cloud@f17711fa: #2264 covers 16 of the 19 unpriced routes. Three routes still need rates.

code-pages (router-pricing:check) and snippet-script-tests fail on head 8b1c63f0 (run 42151714178). This sync adds 19 Router routes that have no row in router-pricing/metronome-rates.json and no waiver.

I merged #2264 (c402935d) into this head locally and re-ran the checks:

• bun test ./.github/scripts/snippets/gen-router-pricing.test.ts: 42 pass, 0 fail. This fixes the Pika guard.
• bun run router-pricing:check still fails on three routes that fix(router-pricing): stage Stability, Pika, Omni 1.2, Kling 4.0, and GPT Image 2.6 rates #2264 does not stage:
  • openai/gpt-image-2.6-flare
  • openai/gpt-image-2.6-sunburst
  • kling/kling-4.0

All three are billed upstream, so they are live routes and can't be waived. The cloud@f17711fa card has rows for them in services/comfy-api/scripts/metronome/openai/rates/rates.json (lines ~1341-1391) and services/comfy-api/scripts/metronome/kling/rates/rates.json (line ~360). Prod embargoed_models holds only kling/kling-4.0-flash, not kling/kling-4.0.

What unblocks this: stage rates for these three routes on main, either in #2264 or in a follow-up that uses the same staged-rate mechanism. Then merge it, and re-sync or merge main into this branch. I haven't pushed anything to this sync branch.

I merged #2264 (c402935d) into this head locally and re-ran:

• bun test ./.github/scripts/snippets/gen-router-pricing.test.ts: 42 pass, 0 fail (Pika guard fixed).
• bun run router-pricing:check still fails on four routes. Neither fix(router-pricing): stage Stability, Pika, Omni 1.2, Kling 4.0, and GPT Image 2.6 rates #2264 nor fix(router-pricing): stage rates ahead of the catalog and publish Pika H3 Flex rates #2240 stages them:
  • openai/gpt-image-2.6-flare
  • openai/gpt-image-2.6-sunburst
  • kling/kling-4.0
  • stability/sd3.5-flash (new in this sync)

code-pages, snippet-script-tests and translate all fail on head 62012ace (run 42173885644, run 42173885977) with the same error:

router-pricing/metronome-rates.json: Router model IDs are absent from the current catalog: kling/videos-video-extend

This sync withdraws that route (cloud#18382), but its rate row is still in the base rates list. code-pages:check itself passes (244 pages fresh). The job fails at router-pricing:check. This error throws first, so it hides the missing-rate errors from my earlier comments.

#2264 does not fix this. Its staging tolerance covers only cloud-cited supplemental_sources rows, so the same error remains on this head merged with #2264.

The row can't simply be deleted first. I tested each order locally:

1. Move the kling/videos-video-extend row into a supplemental source citing cloud#18382, then delete it once this sync has landed. It is a retired route, so it should not stay marked as staged.
2. Stage rates for the four routes that are still unpriced. All four have rows on the card at cloud@1846b1cd:
   • openai/gpt-image-2.6-flare
   • openai/gpt-image-2.6-sunburst
   • kling/kling-4.0
   • stability/sd3.5-flash
3. Update the hardcoded rate counts in gen-router-pricing.test.ts if the row count changes.
4. Re-sync, or merge main into this branch.

I haven't run the full check with all four rates in place, so a later failure is still possible. The English and localized pricing pages also need regenerating on this branch.

CI update for cloud@b3a28ce1: merged with #2264, only two Stability 3D routes still need rates.

code-pages, snippet-script-tests and translate fail on head 07eedcd0 (run 42409529302, run 42409529190) with Router model IDs are absent from the current catalog: kling/videos-video-extend. That error is thrown first and hides the missing-rate errors.

I merged #2264 at a4e90c6d into this head locally and re-ran:

• bun test ./.github/scripts/snippets/: 143 pass, 0 fail.
• gen-router-pricing.ts --check: the retired Kling route is now skipped, and the GPT Image 2.6, Kling 4.0 and sd3.5-flash routes are priced. Two routes still fail as "Not published":
  • stability/stable-fast-3d
  • stability/stable-point-aware-3d

Upstream, both are served (services/comfy-api/server/middleware/stability_3d.go) and documented in services/comfy-api/scripts/metronome/router/stability/README.md, so a waiver doesn't look right.

What unblocks this: stage rates for those two routes in #2264, merge it, then re-sync or merge main into this branch and regenerate the pricing pages. I haven't pushed anything to this sync branch.
