[DOCS-13039] remove callout on Ping integration

What does this PR do?

This PR removes the alert-info callout from the Ping integration as

The callout shortcode syntax is supported and rendered properly in integration documentation, but it is not supported in the integration tile content within the app UI. As a result, while the shortcode appears as intended in the docs, it will not render correctly in the integration tile, leading to display issues in that context.
