I do think someone with write access would have to do the rebase and push to the helm-charts branch.

Happy to help here with write access if needed. Not really sure what to do on this one though

On second thought I think a rebase would make it look weird as it puts very old helm commits after very recent changes on the codebase. Since this PR here cannot be opened most of the time, I created #14049
