[No QA] [Test] Pin react-native-onyx to #824 — serialize Error.cause

Explanation of Change

Companion / verification PR for react-native-onyx PR #824. Pins react-native-onyx to that PR's HEAD via git+https so E/App CI exercises serializing Error.cause when storage degrades before the Onyx PR merges.

Pin: "react-native-onyx": "git+https://github.com/Expensify/react-native-onyx.git#dbaa4fceaa9d3435098bedbd487b577d0d56b409".

The stale react-native-onyx+3.0.98+001+batch-collection-member-removals App patch is removed because this SHA already includes Onyx PR #820 (released in 3.0.100).

Not for merge as-is: once Onyx PR #824 merges and publishes, repin to the released version.

PROPOSAL:

Tests

1. Run npm install and npm run web.
2. Log in and use the app normally (open chats/reports, create an expense, switch workspaces).
3. Verify data loads and persists across reloads as before.
4. Verify no new JS console errors appear during normal use.

Offline tests

1. Go offline, perform actions that write to Onyx (e.g. draft a message, create an expense). Verify optimistic data is stored and the UI updates as expected.
2. Go back online and verify the queued changes sync normally.

QA Steps

Same as tests. No user-facing behavior changes; this is an Onyx library bump for CI verification.

  • The assets are optimized and compressed (for SVG files, run npm run compress-svg)
  • The assets load correctly across all supported platforms.
• If the PR modifies code that runs when editing or sending messages, I tested and verified there is no unexpected behavior for all supported markdown - URLs, single line code, code blocks, quotes, headings, bold, strikethrough, and italic.
