[No QA] [Test] Pin react-native-onyx to stringify logAlert errors

Explanation of Change

Companion pin for Expensify/react-native-onyx#827. Not for merge as-is.

Pins react-native-onyx to the Onyx PR HEAD so App CI can validate the logging-only stringify change:

"react-native-onyx": "git+https://github.com/Expensify/react-native-onyx.git#d9463eb030537099c6bcecd4041fa8edcdc09c0a"

That SHA is on 3.0.106, which already includes Onyx PR #820 (released in 3.0.100). The 3.0.98 batch-collection-member-removals backport patch was therefore removed and patches/react-native-onyx/details.md now records that there are no active patches.

After the Onyx PR is merged and published to npm, this pin should be swapped to the published version and become the bump PR.

Tests

1. Install App dependencies (npm install).
2. Confirm node_modules/react-native-onyx resolves to git SHA d9463eb030537099c6bcecd4041fa8edcdc09c0a.
3. Confirm patches/react-native-onyx/ no longer contains the 3.0.98 batch-collection-member-removals patch.
4. Start the web app (npm run web).
5. Sign in and use the app (open reports, create/edit an expense, navigate between chats).
6. Confirm the app still loads and Onyx updates apply as expected.
7. Confirm there is no new console noise from Onyx merge or subscriber-callback failures.

• Verify that no errors appear in the JS console

Offline tests

1. Open the app and go offline.
2. Create or edit an expense while offline.
3. Confirm the change is stored locally and the UI still updates.
4. Go back online and confirm the change syncs.

QA Steps

Same as tests.

  • The assets load correctly across all supported platforms.
• If the PR modifies code that runs when editing or sending messages, I tested and verified there is no unexpected behavior for all supported markdown - URLs, single line code, code blocks, quotes, headings, bold, strikethrough, and italic.
• If the PR modifies a generic component, I tested and verified that those changes do not break usages of that component in the rest of the App (i.e. if a shared library or component like Avatar is modified, I verified that Avatar is working as expected in all cases)
