Extra-Chill/homeboy-extensions#2897 (wordpress-v3.50.4) pins the function files of Composer-installed WordPress plugins as PHPStan
scanFiles, soregister_workflow_runtime_handler()andagents_workflow_resolve_dispatch_runtime()are now visible. The class-shadowing half was fixed in #2896 / #3560. This removes the two remaining@phpstan-ignorelines fromDataMachineWorkflowRuntime.Verified locally: the patched runner reports PHPStan analysis passed on this file. Canonical run-workflow smoke: 46/46.
