Code Review

This pull request is a routine dependency update for protobuf from version 5.29.4 to 5.29.5. The change is applied across three requirements.txt files. As this is a patch update, it should be safe to merge. During the review, I noticed that two of the modified files are identical, which increases maintenance effort. I've left a comment with a suggestion to consolidate them to improve maintainability.

This file is identical to managedkafka/snippets/requirements.txt. Having duplicate dependency files increases maintenance overhead, as this PR has to update the protobuf dependency in both files. To improve maintainability and prevent these files from diverging in the future, consider consolidating them into a single requirements.txt file or using a shared base file that can be included where needed.
