This summarises the feedback from the foundation course "mentor feedback survey" from those that have taught it.
It's not meant to dictate how we proceed, but this is at least the summary of the insight we have received through the surveys.
Feel free to ask questions or give feedback on how this is formatted in this pr, otherwise we will likely just merge it to keep it as a reference in the repo for the future discussions about improvements.
