@jeffabailey thank you for integrating the work of the ISPO WG into our patterns!

Would you mind removing the "InnerSource as a Career Booster" pattern here, and instead add it to a new PR dedicated to that new pattern? That way we have an easier time referencing that PR when we move the pattern though the maturity levels.

Also please take a look at #795 where we have an AI generated pattern for the same topic already. I am happy to close this PR in favor of your work though.

Lastly, please let me know when this PR here is ready for review (currently it is still in draft).

Great work @jeffabailey. These changes look like clear improvements over what we had before. Thanks for doing the work.

I left some inline comments in a couple of areas where it looks like some words were glued together by accident.

After fixing those, I am more than happy to merge this.
