Conversation
Currently the Usage page will always reset to the "By Day" view when a user refreshes the page. This change persists the user's selected view by using a query parameter, so that "By Model & Day" can have a permanent URL.
This adds a view to the Usage page to allow users to see a list of each individual session's spending and token count. The default is to show the most recent 100 sessions, sorted by most recent. Pagination at the bottom will allow users to view older sesions.

Depends on #1057
Verification
Testing still needed since I don't have local dev working (no Vercel access).
