NIST moved FIPS 140-2 module validations to the Historical List on 22 September 2026. New Kong Gateway builds no longer publish FIPS 140-2 packages or images. Existing packages for previously released versions remain available. New deployments should use the FIPS 140-3 package.
The 3.14 / 3.16 version support table is unchanged until those release lines stop dual-building.
