Update the
WebRtcPortConfiguration.mdfile to address the API promotion changes where the interface used is not staging anymore. Changed all interface names fromICoreWebView2StagingEnvironmentOptions10toICoreWebView2ExperimentalEnvironmentOptions10across C++ and C# code examples and API definitions, along with corresponding variable name updates throughout the specification document.
