Hey! I'm Mohamed — a curious, coffee-fueled troubleshooter who genuinely loves the moment something broken starts working again. Whether it's untangling a network, fixing a server, or shipping a web app, I'm all in. 🔧💫
I hold the Google IT Support Professional Certificate 🎓 and the Microsoft IT Support Specialist Professional Certificate 🎓, and I'm currently leveling up with CompTIA A+ and Server+.
