Remove the obsolete
numpy<2.5workaround from thenightly-numba-cuda-mlirinstall path. Thenp.row_stackincompatibility was fixed innumba-cuda-mlir0.4.1, so this lane can exercise current NumPy releases again. The separatenightly-numba-cudapath is unchanged.Validation
