- Add Needs re-review flow to How a Review Cycle Works overview - Document review status indicators in the Decision List - Add Review status filter and Cluster size sort options to filter bar - Describe Why review needed banner and entity metadata (ⓘ button) - Add Previously Reviewed Decisions subsection with notification texts - Clarify that inactive and unverified users cannot use the application - Update screenshots and add metadata.png, needs-rereview-notification.png
